Privacy Policy

Zetta² LLC · Last updated October 21, 2026

This policy explains how Zetta² LLC (also referred to as “Zetta²,” “we,” or “us”) handles personal information through our websites, business inquiries, recruiting, and optional analytics.

01 / SCOPE & CONTACT

Who is responsible

Zetta² LLC is responsible for the website and business-contact information described here. This policy covers Zetta2.ai, Zettasquared.com, their website subdomains, and Zetta² review environments that display this policy. It does not replace privacy terms in our customer contracts or govern customer data that we process solely under a customer’s instructions.

For privacy questions, requests, or concerns, email info@zettasquared.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Please describe your request and the website or interaction involved. Do not email passwords, government identification documents, or other sensitive information unless we arrange a secure method and explain why it is needed.

02 / INFORMATION WE HANDLE

What we collect and where it comes from

  • Information you provide. If you email us, discuss a project, or otherwise contact us, we receive your contact details, organization, role, message, and information you choose to share. A mail link opens your email application; it does not submit a form automatically.
  • Technical information. Hosting and security services process information such as IP address, browser and device details, request time, requested page, and diagnostic information to deliver and protect the website. This processing is distinct from optional Analytics.
  • Consent and preferences. We store your cookie decision and related preference information in your browser so the site can respect it. Where offered, a theme preference is stored when you select it.
  • Analytics. If you opt in, the information described in the Analytics section below is collected and may be matched with business-contact and company information for our own use.
  • Recruiting information. If you apply for a role, we receive the application information you submit, such as your contact information, résumé, professional history, and responses. Recruiting vendors process applications for us when an application link is available. Browsing a job description does not submit an application.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information in ordinary website inquiries. Our website is intended for business and recruiting interactions, not for submitting customer production data.

03 / HOW WE USE INFORMATION

To respond, operate, and understand interest

We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss and deliver our services, manage business relationships, evaluate job applications, operate and secure our website, and comply with legal obligations. With your permission, we also use Analytics to understand website usage and interest in our services, improve the site, prioritize potential business opportunities, and support our own relevant business follow-up.

Where European or UK data-protection law applies, we rely on consent for optional Analytics; steps requested before entering a contract or performance of a contract where relevant; legal obligations where applicable; and legitimate interests in administering business relationships, responding to inquiries, and maintaining security, balanced against individual rights. You may object to direct marketing and withdraw consent as described below. Accepting Analytics cookies is not consent to every future marketing channel.

04 / ANALYTICS

Understanding visits and business interest

With your opt-in, we use vendors to provide Analytics for Zetta². This includes measuring website activity and associating visits with companies and, where available, U.S.-based business contacts. It helps us understand interest in our services and decide when relevant business follow-up may be appropriate. This is not limited to anonymous traffic counts. Matching is not guaranteed and may be inaccurate.

Analytics can process IP addresses, browser and device information, browser identifiers, page URLs, referring pages, campaign parameters, and visit activity. Identity-matching technology may also process hashed email identifiers. Hashing does not necessarily make an identifier anonymous. Our vendors receive and process the information needed to provide these services on our behalf.

We do not sell personal information. We use Analytics for Zetta²’s own purposes described in this policy, and do not authorize our vendors to sell our visitor information or use it for their independent marketing. The same consent choices apply to our public websites and review environments. Reviewers who accept Analytics may have their visits recorded to help us test the integration.

05 / COOKIES & YOUR CHOICES

Choose what runs in your browser

Cookies are small browser records. Local storage is another way to retain information on your device. Our controls distinguish necessary website functions and requested preferences from optional Analytics. Analytics is off by default and starts only after you accept it.

Website storage and tracking
CategoryPurposeChoice & Duration
Consent preferenceThe zetta-consent-v2 first-party cookie remembers your decision. A local-storage copy keeps the choice in sync between tabs.Necessary to honor your decision; expires after 180 days. Not used for visitor identification.
Theme preferenceThe zetta-theme local-storage entry remembers a selected display theme.Set when you choose a theme, where offered; retained until cleared.
Analytics browser identifierRecognizes a browser across visits for the Analytics purposes described above.Optional; off until opt-in. The current vendor technology sets no built-in expiry for this local-storage entry.
Analytics pending eventsTemporarily holds visit events pending transmission.Optional. Events are cleared as they are sent; unsent events can persist between sessions.
Analytics eligibility & identity cacheCaches tracking eligibility and identity-matching information.Optional. Each cache has a 24-hour validity period in the current vendor technology.

Use in the footer or on this page to accept or reject Analytics. Rejecting it does not prevent you from browsing the site or contacting us. Your choice applies to the browser and site where you make it; use the controls again on other devices or domains. Clearing browser storage can remove your saved choice.

Withdrawing consent stops future optional Analytics on this site and removes the known Analytics storage entries accessible to our site. Storage on other domains cannot be cleared by our website; use your browser’s site-data controls for those records. Withdrawal does not undo information already received or automatically delete related business-contact records. To request deletion or object to further use of information already collected, contact us.

When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, our site keeps optional Analytics disabled, even if a previous choice allowed it. We honor that signal as an additional privacy preference. Browser controls can also restrict or delete cookies. A “Do Not Track” setting is a different signal; use Cookie Settings or GPC to make your Analytics preference explicit.

06 / VENDORS & TRANSFERS

How vendors support our services

We use vendors for hosting, security, communications, business-contact management, Analytics, and recruiting. They process relevant information to provide services for us. We require vendors handling our information on our behalf to protect it and use it for the authorized services, rather than their own independent marketing or sale. Providing these services requires data processing by vendors; our no-sale policy does not mean that no vendor receives information.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, where required by law or necessary to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transaction subject to applicable protections. We do not sell user information as a product or authorize its sale to third parties.

Our website links to external services, including social networks, partner websites, job applications, and AI chat providers. Following a link or sending a prefilled AI prompt takes you to another service. Review the notice presented there before providing information. Our website’s cookie choice does not control external websites.

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our vendors operate. Privacy protections may differ by country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those safeguards must apply to the transfer. Contact us for information about the vendors processing your information and the safeguards relevant to your data.

07 / RETENTION & SECURITY

Keeping information for its purpose

Retention depends on the information and the reason we hold it. Relevant factors include an active inquiry or business relationship, recruitment needs, consent or objection, security, legal requirements, and resolving disputes. Browser-cookie expiry is separate from the retention of information already received by us or our vendors. Contact us to request deletion or ask about the retention applicable to your information.

We use access restrictions and other technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information and systems involved. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

08 / YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Access, correct, delete, or opt out

Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or exercise other applicable privacy rights. You may also have a right to appeal a denied request or complain to a privacy regulator. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

To turn off optional Analytics, use and reject Analytics, or enable GPC. No account is needed. For requests about information already held by us, email info@zettasquared.com. You can also ask us to stop business marketing by replying to a message or using an unsubscribe link where provided.

For access, correction, or deletion requests, we may need proportionate information to identify the relevant record and verify your authority before disclosing or changing personal information. An authorized agent may contact us on your behalf. We do not require identity verification merely to reject optional cookies. We respond in accordance with applicable law, explain any applicable exception, and provide an appeal route where required. To appeal, email the same address with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.

09 / CHILDREN & UPDATES

Keeping this notice current

Our website and business services are directed to adults and are not designed for children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can address it.

We may update this policy as our website and practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. If a change requires a new notice or renewed consent, we will provide it as applicable.
